FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHEN WILL MY PRINTS BE SHIPPED?
20 business days from when the order is placed or in the case of custom prints from the final proof.
WHY ARE MY PRINTS TAKING SO LONG TO ARRIVE?
If you have not received your prints a month after receiving an email notification from us about shipment, the likelihood is that your prints have arrived in your country, but are being held for clearance by customs. This is a common occurrence with packages that don't have tracking numbers.
WHY DID I NOT GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
If you chose Small Packet International or International Parcel shipping by Canada Post, you will not receive a tracking number as this is the cheapest international shipping option without tracking. This option is best for non-time sensitive deliveries.
HOW DO I HANG MY WOOD PRINT?
Each wood canvas is surprisingly easy to hang. A routed groove runs the entire width of the print and simply secures with the use of a flat head nail or screw.
ISN'T USING WOOD DESTROYING THE ENVIRONMENT?
All our wood is sustainable wood which simply means that when one tree is cut down 5 are planted in its place. Your purchase is making a difference today!
DO YOU HAVE GIFT CARDS?
Yes, we do. They are available in a range of amounts. Please click on the Gift Card link above.
WILL I GET TO SEE A PROOF OF MY CUSTOM PRINT?
We can email you a proof of your print by request with a sample wood background to show you how the wood will show through. Your print will still look slightly different to the digital sample as every wood canvas we use will vary due to the wood grain, colour and markings. We like to think of it as having its own personality.
ARE THESE THE ONLY SIZES YOU HAVE?
No, we can print up to 8ft x 4ft. Please email us for larger and custom sizes.
WILL WATER AFFECT THE COASTERS?
We use UV ink that is very durable and we also apply a light coat of varnish to protect the wood. We recommend you clean them by simply wiping them down with warm soapy water.
WHAT PHOTOS WORK BEST FOR CUSTOM PRINTS?
We find that bright, high contrast, daytime photos work best. The wood tends to absorb some colour so brighter artwork and photography is better. Please be aware that wood grain is a feature of our work and will become a part of the image. This is something we don't have control of so please keep this in mind when ordering as we do not offer refunds or reprints for wood grain related issues.
